Client Connect Conference Call (C4)

 

While A-lign CPAs, LLC (A-lign) has implemented leading social media techniques to connect with our clients, we believe that there is no substitute for one on one interaction with our clients in real time that allows us to understand their needs and help us to better serve them.  To create a community with our clients, A-lign invites clients to join our company-wide monthly conference call to offer their participation and the ability to share information regarding their business, industry developments, and feedback on A-lign’s services.  We refer to this as our Client Connect Conference Call or “C4.”   We want to be a true business partner to our clients and believe that continual interaction, rather than just in preparation and during the audit, will help us achieve this goal.  

 

We welcome ongoing interaction with our clients throughout the year but have established this format to stay in touch and work with them to help ensure their compliance and business objectives are ‘aligned’.
