• You can contribute through the convenience of automatic payroll deductions. Your contributions to this plan are subject to IRS annual maximum contribution limits.

Professional Development

A-lign’s professional development program is designed to build on your prior work experience to enhance your knowledge and skills to ensure that our clients’ expectations are exceeded. Professional development includes technical, industry, and management development.

Professional Certifications

A-lign™ expects its professionals to pursue certifications or licenses that are appropriate to their development and our clients’ needs. We financially support these activities by providing time off to take the exams and by reimbursing employees for exam fees.

Professional Association Expenses

It is an expectation that A-lign™employees are active in our profession and client specific industries. A-lign™ supports these expectations by providing time during business hours for meetings and/or reimbursement for dues and expenses associated with professional organizations, conferences, and community organizations.
